HDPE N-12 Smooth Interior Pipe

The Dual Wall N-12 pipe, with its smooth interior Wall and corrugated exterior, offers exceptional hydraulics and strength. Built using application-specific high-density polyethylene, Dual Wall N-12 corrugated pipe also provides superior corrosion and abrasion resistance. The hydraulic design of N-12, which is available in diameters 4” thru 60” , were significantly improved in 1987 when ADS introduced the first HDPE drainage pipe to combine an annular corrugated exterior for strength with a smooth interior wall for maximum flow capacity. for the Manning’s “n” rating of 0.012, N-12 pipe was designed specifically for storm sewers, highways, airports, and other engineered construction. Due to its lightweight and its strong performance, its been accepted by contractors and engineers, and official approval by state and municipal agencies all around the world. Over the years, the N-12 family of products has expanded to reflect the needs of our end-users. The N-12 family now includes N-12 (per ASTM F2648), N-12 MEGA GREEN® and N-12 (per AASHTO).

High-Performance (HP) Storm Pipe

This high-performance polypropylene (PP) pipe is the perfect choice for gravity-flow storm drainage applications and when premium joint performance and greater pipe stiffness are required. It has a corrugated exterior and smooth interior coupled with advanced polypropylene

resin technology with proven superior performance and durability. The smooth interior wall offers additional strength as well as superior flow. HP pipe is available in 12” thru 60” diameters. HP Storm offers a greater pipe stiffness over the traditional plastic pipe, which increases safety and service life in installations that demand high performance. The extended bell and spigot joint design adds a factor of strength within each joint to ensure watertight performance and long-term design service life.

Corrugated Single Wall Pipe

The Single Wall corrugated HDPE pipe is ideal for drainage projects where flexibility, lightweight and low cost are essential. Single-wall corrugated HPDE pipe is ideal use for farms, golf courses, parks, and playing fields by removing groundwater and allowing surfaces to dry by channeling away excess underground moisture. This pipe is also used for highway edge drains, ditches, and other construction applications where economy and durability are a priority. ADS Single Wall Highway pipe, manufactured following AASHTO M252. Homeowners find that this corrugated pipe is economical and easy–to–install for residential stormwater drainage problems. These may include downspout runoff, foundation and window well drains, driveway culverts, and wet spots on the lawn. There are many applications for the single wall pipe available in Perforated or solid in sizes 3” thru 6” coils.
